Footprint in Mouth

I drew this cartoon regularly for Alternatives Journal, Canada’s environmental magazine, from 2009–2017. It began as a comic strip, then was rebooted as a more direct and pointed single panel. I tried to find humour in the climate crisis and other environmental disasters. The editors wanted me to find some hopeful messages amid all the gloom. It was a tough gig.
