This Cartoon

When I returned to Canada in 1993, after a couple of years living in Germany, I landed a regular cartooning gig at This Magazine. I had free reign to cover current affairs in a literal column—a single vertical column, similar in style to the weekly strip I had drawn for the Toronto weekly Metropolis. I continued contributing until 2002.

{  The vertical format, which requires a lot of scrolling, was ahead of it’s time, long before scrolling was a thing.  }
